The Department of Dermatology and Allergology has three major activities:      

Patient Care

Our goal is to deliver the highest quality of care to patients with skin disorders. This entails the application of the newest advances in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases.

Research

Our goal is to advance the frontiers of knowledge concerning the mechanisms and treatment of skin diseases, to apply the most modern scientific tools to skin-related research questions and to observe from our patients clues to a better understanding of disease.

Education

We train medical students, dermatology residents, graduate dermatologists, and other physicians to render the highest quality of patient care and extend both the clinical and basic science boundaries of medicine.
